Tandem Architecture designed the new site plan and a proposed product line for a 2-acre property in unincorporated Prairie View, IL, one block from the Metra Station. Tandem coordinated all of the site engineering, performed the entitlement work and worked with the Village of Buffalo Grove to annex and improve the parcel. As a result, we obtained approval for 15 multifamily units with a mix of 2-story duplexes and 3-story townhomes on the compact site.
