Tandem was selected to design a modern amenity space for the Promenade at Founder’s Square. Through multiple design iterations using plans, renderings, and concept development, Tandem created an inviting amenity space with many flexible uses. Between lounge spaces, working areas and recreational sections, the residents of Founder’s Square can continue to enjoy their time close to home.
