Created for the residents of the Promenade at Founder’s Square, this pool house was designed by Tandem to accommodate the needs of the community’s population. After master-planning the pool, dog run, and exterior gathering spaces, Tandem designed the pool house structure. This pool house features interior communal spaces among public utilities, such as the restrooms and general shelter area.
