Tandem Architecture designed this 9-unit apartment building in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago to have a modern look to show the changing dynamic of the area.  The Developer wanted to take advantage of the corner alley so we proposed a side load garage along with outdoor parking to provide enough spaces to meet code.
