Tandem Architecture was retained to design a 94 unit, 5-story mixed-use building in downtown Westmont, Illinois across from the Metra Station. The prominent site is a corner parcel of 0.88 acres and the design includes two levels of parking with 123 total spaces. Proposed amenities include a fitness center, lobby/coffee lounge, patio, and a penthouse clubhouse with an outdoor terrace overlooking downtown. The building was designed to fit into the local aesthetic; the variation of the facade makes the building appear to have been built over time.
