In 2022 Tandem completed entitlements for a 19-story apartment building in St. Petersburg’s burgeoning Edge District expected to build on the successes of recent projects in the area. Zoning for the site now allows for 224 new units of high-quality rental housing.  The project was programmed and designed to incorporate a wide variety of premium amenities, including rooftop pool with sweeping views, along with 256 parking spaces.
