Tandem completed the redevelopment of 730 N Milwaukee in late 2019. The 23-story mixed-use project includes 196 residential rental units with ground floor retail and retains an existing 40,000 SF office building that was fully renovated. As with other Tandem multifamily projects, this site is located near the CTA, just 650 feet from the Chicago Blue Line station. The development team worked extensively with the Neighbors of River West and Alderman Burnett through the community engagement process in pursuit of the planned development rezoning. The building features a variety of onsite amenities including a pool, two landscaped roofdecks and a co-working lounge with sweeping panoramic views. Antunovich Associates served as architect and interior designer.
