In collaboration with the City of Portage, Tandem designed a vibrant, mixed-use project for the Central Business District, totaling 346,000 square feet. Nine apartment buildings containing 304 new apartments were designed with unique elevations to create a dynamic, urban experience. The four buildings facing the town square provide nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space and housing. The site amenities include a fitness center, common lounge area, and management offices. The site features a pool and sundeck, and most of the buildings offer private garages.
